what do designers do?
A designer’s work isn’t somehow just groundless dreaming of things which cannot be introduced to our dailies life but is surrounding us in many aspects of life. His/her work demands a lot of passion and the will to let time go for the projects he/she really wants to pursuit.

By keeping themselves in motion, which means that it might sometimes be better to leave the office and have a run in the park to not get stuck in an idea.

Depends on the character of the person. One likes it tidied up and clean, the other one feels comfortable when it gets a bit messy.

Passionate, straight thinking, creative, appropriate temper, patient.
relationship with designer
That so much depends on how much money gets involved in the project and if it is necessary to have a design at all beneath the construction of a product. In general it is interesting to get a lot of input and ideas – that makes designers so important!
