Firstly they do some research to get inspiration and then they get some crude idea and start improving it step by step.

Innovative, creative, intelligent, open minded, optimistic.

Very open relationship. It’s important that we understand each other but it’s also important to completely trust designers and their vision.

Client has to know what he/she wants and to be able to make that understandable for designers and if he/she doesn’t really know, then their must be complete trust to let the designer imagination free.

I like that there is no end to designer ideas and they really give everything to come up with the best solutions. It all depends on designer, but some designers don’t listen carefully to clients and their wishes.
